- Johanna HWe are a tea rooms in Warwick. We called on Craig to fix our Hobart dishwasher. My husband (who is an engineer) had a look at it himself, but couldn't work out what was wrong, and the Hobart technical help team weren't available on the phone because of Covid-19. Craig came early the day after he was called. It was a tricky problem (the machine is very old!) and he spent a good 3 hours working things out and testing various things. He needed to order a part, but left the dishwasher in a state where we could use it - we just had to fill it by hand. As soon as Craig got hold of the part a couple of days later, he came straight round and fitted it without delay. Since then it has been working like a dream, but Craig even texted a couple of days later to check everything was OK. We felt very well looked after, and confident that Craig knew what he was doing. The invoice was extremely reasonable too, considering the time and effort put into it. I would go on, but no more space left. Great!
